About

Why Hello

There

Who am I? That's a good question.

First off, my name is Kendall and I currently call Fort Collins, Colorado home. I am a lover of nature and design and how the two intertwine. I approach life with positivity, curiosity, and an open mind.

I've been dabbling in the creative arts since my Grandparents gave me my first camera at age 10. Naturally I studied graphic, interior and landscape design. I fell in love with the seemingly infinite forms and functions that the world takes.

This love for the world's many forms took me to every corner. I have lived in, visited, and captured images from one end of the globe to the other. These excursions are what truly opened my eyes it's beauty.

But there is one thing I kept coming back to: PLANTS.

I love everything plants and flowers. You might even say I'm a bit obsessed. Whether it's creating landscapes, pots, arrangements or simply being immersed in nature, I am at my best when surrounded by cellulose.

What fascinates me most is the influence that flora and fauna exert on one another. More specifically, I have found that sustainability is the bridge between the two. My goal is to create healthier, more resilient environments for both people and wildlife.

This deep love affair with plants has led me to work in a variety of fields. Greenhouses, plant shops, nurseries, and landscaping companies. When it comes to growing and curating flowers and plants I have done it all. And loved every step of the way.

Otherwise, I have maintained a steady side gig as a freelance photographer ever since I finished school. And when I'm not using a camera, I am out walking my sweet pup Lloyd, tending to my personal gardens, or cooking delicious food! ☺
